1. Provider
The service is provided by DMTcorp Mateusz Gawlik, NIP 6793062044, Bochnaka 9, 30-698 Kraków, kontakt@operator-egzamin.pl. These terms cover operator-egzamin.pl and its paid school panel.
2. Service
The panel manages WIT/UDT mock tests, candidates, statistics, reports and school certificates. Tests are unofficial educational tools and do not replace a state examination or licence.
3. Accounts
Only authorised people may use a school account. The school protects credentials, assigns roles, informs candidates about data processing and has a legal basis for submitting their data. Security abuse, question-bank copying and unauthorised sharing are prohibited.
4. Price and subscription
The standard price is PLN 299 gross per month unless the order summary shows a discount or different offer. The subscription renews monthly through Stripe or PayU recurring BLIK. Amount, frequency and provider are displayed before payment; invoices are available in the panel.
5. Cancellation
The first BLIK payment establishes consent for later merchant-initiated payments. The subscription can be cancelled in the panel and BLIK consent can also be revoked in the banking app. Cancellation prevents future charges without shortening the paid period unless the panel states otherwise.
6. Failed payments
Stripe processes card/PayPal and PayU processes BLIK. Access may be restricted after a failed payment and controlled retries may occur. The provider never requests a BLIK code by email or phone.
7. Withdrawal, refunds and complaints
Statutory withdrawal rights apply to consumers and eligible sole traders, subject to digital-service exceptions. Send notices, complaints and refund requests to kontakt@operator-egzamin.pl; complete complaints are answered within 14 calendar days.
8. Availability and liability
Maintenance, provider failures or force majeure may cause temporary downtime. Liability is limited only where mandatory law permits; mock results are informational.
9. Data, termination and changes
The privacy policy and school processing arrangements govern data. After termination, data is deleted under retention rules and legal obligations. Material term changes will be announced in advance in the panel or by email.
